The Standards Behind Every Transaction
Sierra Leone Mining Law
Every trade is conducted within the Mines and Minerals Act and the Precious Minerals Trading Act, under licences from the Ministry of Mines and Mineral Resources and the National Minerals Agency.
Buyer & Seller Verification (KYC/AML)
Every counterparty is identified and screened before a transaction proceeds, with anti-money-laundering checks applied consistently on both the seller and buyer side.
Sanctions & Denied-Party Screening
Counterparties and beneficiaries are checked against applicable sanctions and denied-party lists before we facilitate any transaction.
Kimberley Process Certification
Rough diamonds are traded only under the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, the international system confirming a stone is conflict-free and legally sourced.
OECD Due Diligence Guidance
Sourcing follows the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.
Documentation & Chain of Custody
Every parcel is logged, weighed and catalogued under a unique reference, with a documented chain of custody maintained from receipt to final handover.

Gold Trade Compliance
Every gold parcel we facilitate is independently assayed to confirm purity and weight before a transaction is agreed. Sourcing and handling are guided by the London Bullion Market Association's Responsible Gold Guidance and internationally recognised due-diligence practice for precious minerals, with export clearance coordinated through the National Minerals Agency and Ministry of Mines and Mineral Resources.
Diamond Trade Compliance
Every diamond parcel is graded and matched against the seller's declared inventory before it is traded, and cleared through Sierra Leone's Government Gold and Diamond Office (GGDO). Each stone moves under a valid Kimberley Process certificate, with documentation that satisfies the World Diamond Council's System of Warranties for the buyer on the other side of the transaction.

Buyer & Seller Screening
Both sides of the transaction are identified and checked against sanctions and AML requirements.
